Michael Leshinsky

Michael Leshinsky has an MBA from Providence College with a concentration in Finance – Portfolio Theory and Investment Analysis. He also has a certificate from Boston University in valuations, real estate financing, and underwriting.

However his real knowledge comes from his work and personal experiences.

Michael has bought and sold numerous businesses over the years and has acquired a sizable real estate holding.

He is on the board of directors of the Providence Apartment Association and the treasurer for the nonprofit organization, Apeiron Institute.

Michael consults and advises businesses of all types and sizes, so the businesses can achieve optimal performance.

Michael has a love of numbers and a passion for financial modeling, creating projections and statements, and calculating valuations.


jeannie Boyle

Jeanne Boyle has had career spanning nearly 40-years as a planning and economic development professional, serving in various roles in Pawtucket and East Providence, RI as well as the City of New York.

As the City of Pawtucket’s Commerce Director and Executive Director of the Pawtucket Redevelopment Agency she played a critical part on many projects including the Tidewater Landing Project, a $300 million mixed-use project anchored by a professional soccer stadium

A graduate of Williams College and the New York University Graduate School of Public Administration, Jeanne also was a student in the Harvard Kennedy School’s Executive Education Program. She has served on numerous professional boards and committees and is a recipient of the Rhode Island Public Expenditure Council’s 2014 Robert M. Goodrich Public Service Award and Rhode Island Chapter of the American Planning Association’s Distinguished Leadership Award.


Nancy Charette

Nancy graduated top of the class at New England Business Systems, where she was educated in the complete accounting cycle, from source documents through financial statements, general ledger, trial balance, adjusting entries, income statement, statement of retained earnings and balance sheet.

Nationally Certified Bookkeeper through AIPB (American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers) in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, depreciation, correction of errors, loss and fraud prevention, and managerial accounting.

Her professional experience before coming on board at Leshinsky Finance included Seasource Imports, Ltd. Where she held the position of Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Administrative Manager.  

Nancy reconstructed the Inventory Management program on QuickBooks which provided more detailed reports and organization of inventory products.  She assessed support and refined ongoing planning and management of financial developments while collaborating and recommending ideas for cost improvement.

 


Victoria Mariano

Victoria has a Bachelors in Business Management from Clark University.  She co-founded and operated her first entertainment related small business while a senior at Clark. Since then she has co-founded and operated four more entertainment/hospitality related small businesses, a multifamily residential, and an airbnb. 

Throughout her career as a social entrepreneur she got licensed as a real estate agent with a focus on investment properties, negotiated many commercial real estate contracts, rehabilitated historical commercial and residential properties, applied for and received municipal, state and federal financial support.

She is currently the Program Director for the Downtown Worcester Business Improvement District, where she oversees the BID’s current programs focused on placemaking, beautification, safety, and hospitality.  Also develops and implements new programs and initiatives to further enhance the downtown, driving growth and community engagement.

 


Todd McNamara

Zachary Young

Zachary Young is a licensed CPA with an MBA from Providence College. He has worked in public accounting for several years around New New England (Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island). Zachary is an expert in the accounting field and a leading accountant that has been recognized numerous times for his work. Zach supports Commercial, Governmental, and Not-For-Profit clients in all aspects of accounting and finance.

He has a passion for business operations, strategic operations and is also a successful real estate investor. Zachary loves seeing his client's businesses grow and enjoys being a resource to them for all their accounting and financial needs.


ED MOHAN

Edward Mohan attended Bryant University and studied finance from 1988-1992. Ed has been a mortgage originator for over a quarter of a century and has created lifelong client relationships that receive premier service and educated advice. He works with small businesses that are seeking loans as well with current and 

prospective homeowners to refinance and/or obtain their mortgages. Edward is licensed to lend in 49 states. He is an expert in all conventional and governmental loan programs.
