Michael Leshinsky


Michael Leshinsky has an MBA from Providence College with a concentration in Finance – Portfolio Theory and Investment Analysis. He also has a certificate from Boston University in valuations, real estate financing, and underwriting.

However his real knowledge comes from his work and personal experiences.

Michael has bought and sold numerous businesses over the years and has acquired a sizable real estate holding.

He is on the board of directors of the Providence Apartment Association and the treasurer for the nonprofit organization, Apeiron Institute.

Michael consults and advises businesses of all types and sizes, so the businesses can achieve optimal performance.

Michael has a love of numbers and a passion for financial modeling, creating projections and statements, and calculating valuations.


Rita Bowen

Rita has over thirty years experience in finance and general management. Rita has diversified financial management experience including: general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, payroll and collections. In  these roles, she has created solutions to complex questions including pricing structure changes, contract negotiations, operational improvements, and sales performance measurements.

As a General Manager at a North American leader in coffee service, she was responsible for the management of annual sales, profit/loss results and day to day operation of the business. Rita is a proven producer who turned around troubled operations and improved business processes. She provided custom solutions to over 800 clients, including multiple national clients.


Viral Mehta, cfa

Viral Mehta is a CFA charterholder. He will complete his MBA from University of Houston in August 2017. He has also completed Certificate in Financial Services Management from University of Houston. He has more than five years of work experience, which includes roles that have honed his skills in equity research, building financial models, credit analysis and investment management. This included working for Transparent Value Pvt. Ltd., as a financial analyst, where he utilized a DCF to value equities. 

He has also served as a portfolio managerfor Cougar Investment Fund, a $10 million equity fund managed by students at the University of Houston. It is a separate entity from the University, funded entirely by private investors. His diverse work experience includes working for several large corporation and analyzing companies from developed and emerging economies. He is also actively involved in Ekal Foundation USA, a non-profit organization with a mission to bring basic education to every child.

James Martino


James Martino will complete his degree in B.E.O. (Business Entrepreneurship Organizations) from Brown University in May 2018. After many athletic accomplishments at historic Hopkins School in New Haven, CT, James has spent the last 3 years as a Division 1 Football player at Brown. Since childhood, sports have been a great interest for James, and lessons learned from time in athletics have proved important on and off the field. Time spend working at telecommunications 

company Tangoe, Inc. in both the finance and strategic consulting branches show his ability to work a wide range of functions within the firm. Martino is also proud of his time spent on community service, working hard with Habitat for Humanity and on Brown Football's Bench Press for Cancer and Be the Match events, as well as working with students from Vartan-Gregorian Elementary School every week. 

Todd McNamara

Zachary Young

Zachary Young is a licensed CPA with an MBA from Providence College. He has worked in public accounting for several years around New New England (Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island). Zachary is an expert in the accounting field and a leading accountant that has been recognized numerous times for his work. Zach supports Commercial, Governmental, and Not-For-Profit clients in all aspects of accounting and finance.

He has a passion for business operations, strategic operations and is also a successful real estate investor. Zachary loves seeing his client's businesses grow and enjoys being a resource to them for all their accounting and financial needs.


Edward Mohan attended Bryant University and studied finance from 1988-1992. Ed has been a mortgage originator for over a quarter of a century and has created lifelong client relationships that receive premier service and educated advice. He works with small businesses that are seeking loans as well with current and 

prospective homeowners to refinance and/or obtain their mortgages. Edward is licensed to lend in 49 states. He is an expert in all conventional and governmental loan programs
